It's the Siren from "Curse of the Black Spot," as played by Lily Cole. I altered this from the original sketch SO MUCH. But it was SO WORTH IT. This is one of my best pieces yet...

Sooooooo... yeah. I tried out a new sort of glowy thing with her skin... I may never get to do that again, it's not every day I draw a personified glowing medical computer program. X'D
