The Colors of Rassilon

After I submitted those paper textures to #Texturize, I started looking around their gallery and got INSPIRED. So I used a TON of textures to make an epic High Council outfit for Stardust! XD

Um... I'm pretty proud of this, really! I think it all worked out pretty well. She's not supposed to look happy, as gorgeous as that dress is, she's not fond of wearing it. It's too... institutional. XD
